Sohan Patel is a Financial Analyst at GRP Capital, supporting the firm’s commercial and small business lending platforms through underwriting, financial modeling, and credit analysis.

Sohan builds cash flow and debt service coverage models across the firm’s hospitality and multifamily pipeline. He conducts market and comparable property research, identifies lenders and named bankers that fit each structure, and works alongside the origination team to screen new opportunities.

Sohan brings an analytical, detail-driven approach to each file and is focused on deepening his expertise across the firm’s debt platforms. His goal is to deliver the underwriting rigor and responsiveness that GRP Capital’s borrowers and lending partners rely on.

Sohan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL.
