Rafael Montero was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to the United States in 1991. With over 25 years of experience in Mortgage Finance and Real Estate, he has dedicated his career to helping families and investors achieve the American Dream of homeownership and long-term financial growth.

Since 1998, Rafael has partnered with some of the nation’s leading mortgage lenders, including American Home Mortgage, Chase Mortgage, Wells Fargo Mortgage, SunTrust Mortgage, PRMG, and others. His expertise spans both residential and commercial lending, covering purchases, refinances, investment properties, construction loans, and foreign national programs.
